The 13th Annual Memorial Day Weekend 5K Race will take place on Thursday, May 24th at beautiful Veteran’s Park in Hamilton, NJ. This event is a major fundraiser for the CYO Athletic Program and a great family night out to start the Holiday Weekend. The race will start at 6:45pm and the cost is $15.00 if pre-registered or $18.00 if you register the night of the race between 6:00pm and 6:30pm at the park. We welcome walkers, and the event will take place rain or shine.
All pre-registered runners will receive a race shirt and refreshments will be available to all after the race. $100.00 cash prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers, and prizes will be given to the top male and female finishers in each age bracket. Age groups are as follows: 13 and under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
Computerized race results will be available to all finishers through Baldassari & Leestma Race Management. The course is USATF certified through the scenic Veteran’s Park. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
