The CYO High School Basketball All Star Games, established in 2000 has become a highlight in the March programming at the CYO, and a must see event for basketball fans in Mercer County. This All Star game, which is sanctioned by the NJSIAA, closes out the High School season with the top boys and girls players from all 
of the Public, Parochial, and Prep Schools in Mercer County participating with one of their top players. The players are selected through nominations of High School coaches, and a Selection Committee. Many participants through the years have gone on to star locally and nationally in College Basketball. The games are played at the CYO Center gymnasium located at 920 South Broad Street in Trenton.
Many participants are CYO Grammar School league graduates, and are making a return to the court where their basketball careers started. The games typically attract huge crowds and college coaches scouts from the area.
